Mrs Nestegard was born April 19, 1892 in Springvale, a daughter of Julius and Amelia Albrecht Heiden. On July 15, 1914 she married William G Breecher. He died January 12, 1949. She then married Thor G Nestegard on November 22, 1950 in Jefferson. He died February 16, 1980.

Mrs Nestegard was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist, Zeruah Rebekah Lodge No 7, and the Rebekah Aid. She served as a Rebekah noble grand. She was employed as a candy dipper at the Bonita Candy Company.

Mrs Nestegard is survived by two daughters, Mrs Carl (Elaine) Guell of Madison, and Mrs Lee (Margaret) Berndt of Fond du Lac; one stepson, Floyd G Nestegard, Seattle, Washington; four stepdaughters, Mrs Lila Turner of Apple Valley, California, Mrs Alice Ziebarth of Arvada, Colorado, and Mrs Betty Anderson and Mrs Robert Butcher, both of California; seven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and five step great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs Alice Beltz of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by one son, both husbands and two brothers.
