Mark A. Bryant, 58, of Louisville, KY passed away on July 5, 2018. He was a teacher and coach for over 30 years in Iowa and Kentucky. Mark was an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan and enjoyed listening to and playing music. His favorite pastimes were playing video games and cooking for his family and friends. Mark enjoyed making others laugh.

Mark is survived by his wife, Saundra Bryant; children, Kelsey Bryant, Hunter (Alex) Bryant, Caleb Bryant and Mika Bryant; grandson, Ronin; granddaughter, Madeline Rose Bryant; father, Jim Bryant; mother, Ruth Bryant; brother, Steve Bryant; sister, Dianne Platts; mother-in-law, Berdena Kelsey; sister-in-law, Kathy Hyde; brother-in-law, David (Beverly) Kelsey; nieces, Jocey, Sarah and nephews, James, Robert, Michael, Nathan and Nicholas.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018, from 3pm-8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A celebration of Mark's life will be led by James Kelsey, on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at the chapel of the funeral home beginning at 11am.

Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY.
