Roy E. (Mac) McCurdy, 76, of 310 Seventh St., Lorain, died at Lorain Community Hospital early today after a five-week illness.
Born in Middletown, Pa., May 13, 1901, he lived in Lorain 40 years.
A retired truck driver, he was a member of the United Polish Club, the Polish American Citizens Club and Teamsters Union 571.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Harry Reider of Middletown, Pa.
he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred, Aug. 31, 1940.
Friends will be received tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. at the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, Lorain, where funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Donald Taylor, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
