Jewell Kathleen Watkins of Farmington passed away June 23, 2018 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington at the age of 86. She was born July 1, 1931 in Mine La Motte, Missouri to the late Harrison Otto and Martha Luella (Pitchford) Duncan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Glenwood Watkins, her son, Kenneth Dale Watkins, brothers, Glenn Duncan, Robert "Bob" Duncan, Walden Duncan, and sisters, Venus Ransom, Jean Duncan, Hilda Oliver and Ann Livingston.

Jewell was a lifetime member at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church and was a dedicated Christian. She enjoyed bowling and gardening. Survivors include her children, one daughter and two sons, two step-children, sixteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, one sister and brother, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Visitation and Funeral was June 29th at Cozean Memorial Chapel. Interment was at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Baptist Children's Home, 11300 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044. View full obituary and share your online condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com
