Beverly Ann Miller, 76, Donnybrook, ND, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018, in a Minot Hospital.
Bev was born July 25, 1941, the daughter of Fred and Myrtle (Meland) Feldner, in Minot. Bev was raised and educated in the Donnybrook area. She graduated from Donnybrook High School in 1959.
Bev married John Miller in Donnybrook on August 31, 1960. They were happily married for 42 years. Bev and John farmed and ranched in Renville County, north of Donnybrook.
Bev was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church of Donnybrook where she was organist for many years. She was the secretary of Ivanhoe Township Board in Renville County as well as the writer of the Donnybrook section in the Kenmare News.
Bev was very kind, open hearted and a selfless woman. She was an avid sports fan for all of her children and grandchildren’s activities. She never missed a game and was a very spirited cheerleader to all. She won the Kenmare Honker’s Super Fan Award in 2006. John and Bev for many years worked side by side on the farm. Even after his death, she continued her love for the farm including caring for all of her animals. She attended many cattle shows of her grandchildren at county fairs and her favorite, the NDSF. We all enjoyed her special food prepared with love, especially Norwegian treats and chocolate chip cookies.
