Wilma was born on March 28, 1934 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to Carl Hammond and Lois Arvela (Rivers) Hammond. She passed away on July 2, 2018 in Sherman, Texas.
Wilma retired as a right of way appraiser for the state of Kansas for 25 years, and was also a realtor for many years in Kansas.
She is survived by Don Neal of Gainesville; daughter Kim Gerstberger and husband Jeff of Gainesville; son Todd Neal of Riverton, UT; grandchildren Kinzie Williams and husband Paul; Kylie Beauregard and husband Trey; Tyler Neal; Jami Bruce and husband Nathan; Kallie Porter and husband Ronnie; Jenna Gerstberger; Ryan Neal; Rielly Neal; and Jace Neal. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Bryan Kyce Neal; great-granddaughter Kasidy Williams; brothers Ralph Hammond, and Robert Hammond; sisters Carlene Payne, Frances Arnold, Norma Wilson, and Peggy Oliver.
