"Everett Lee Chapman, 71, of Chillicothe, died Saturday, August 10, 1996, at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
He was born Oct. 12, 1925, in Eversonville, the son of Earl and Alma Fordyce Chapman. Mr. Chapman attended school in Wheeling and spent all of his lifetime in the Chillicothe and Livingston County area. He was a carpenter and a member of the Evansville Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Marty Regan of Buffalo, Mo., and Susan Chapman of Grandview, Mo.; two sons, Ronald Chapman of Chillicothe and Dean Chapman of Idaho; three sisters, Marie Ishmael and Lorraine Sampsel, both of Chillicothe, and Eula-Vee Taylor of Grandview; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services were conducted today, Monday, August 12, 1996, at 3:00 p.m. at the Parsons Creek Cemetery north of Wheeling. The Rev. Chuck Greever officiated." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, August 12, 1996
