Jacqueline (Jackie) LaVera Phillips, 73, passed away Monday, June 25th at home with her loving husband after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Reedley, CA she was a homemaker when her kids were younger and went on to have a few different rewarding careers.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, L. Leonard Phillips of Exeter, brother Ed Houle of Fresno, son Lance L. Phillips (married Laura) of Sebastopol, CA, daughter Debbie Shipley (married Erik) of Reno, NV, son Brian Phillips (married Cathy) of Exeter, CA, niece Stacy Frank of Fresno, CA, nephew Rodney Houle of Navato, CA, niece Erica Houle of Fresno, CA, great nephew B. Mitchell Houle, six grandchildren Zach, Mary, Sydney, Ethan, Madison and Mackenzie, two great-grandsons Dax and Jace. She is preceded in death by her parents Gordon L. and Maxine L. Houle
Services are at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 7th at Rocky Hill Community Church, 237 South E Street, Exeter, CA 93221. Pastor David Welch officiating.
