Jason was born November 14, 1985, in Stuttgart to Rickie and Barbara Prislovsky Cook. He attended Stuttgart Public School and was a general laborer. He loved hunting, fishing and classic country music and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rickie Cook; his grandfather, Jimmey Prislovsky; and his grandmother, Fannie Cook.
Survivors are his mother, Barbara Cook of Stuttgart; two brothers, Aaron Meins and Byron Cook of Stuttgart; his grandparents, Floy Prislovsky of Little Rock and Robert and Sandy Cook of Clinton; Jennifer and David McKee whom he thought of as his own; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Lutheran Church with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
