(1956~2018)

Gregory Foster, age 61, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018, ar Bowers Hospice House following a hard fought battle with cancer with his wife, Debbie, by his side.

He is the son of the late Raymond F. Foster, Sr., and Daisy Fanning Foster.

He was preceded in death by his brother Raymond F. Foster, Jr.; sister, Karen Molina; nephew, Jason Molina; and his wife's parents Woodrow and Verna Legg.

Greg was a 1975 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He retired after 38 1/2 years as engineer with Norfolk Southern Railroad. He attended Beckley First Church of the Nazarene. Greg loved playing music and had been in several bands throughout his life. He was most recently lead singer in the Hit & Run band. He loved singing, riding his Harley and being with family and band members.

Survivors: His wife of 30 years, Debbie Legg Foster; son, Eric of Bluefield; two grand daughters, Hannah and Emily; step daughter, Lennie Church of Beckley; sister, Brenda (Jack) Laws of Beckley; brother-in-law, Bill Molina; sister-in-law, Brenda Foster; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Services: Funeral, Friday, July 6, 2018 at 2 PM, at Rose & Quesenberry Funeral Home, Beckley, WV with Pastor Richard Wagoner officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home.
