William married twice. He married first Mary Alice Wyman on 4 Nov 1868 in Waterville, Me. Mary was b 11 Apr 1845, the d/o Daniel Wyman & Elmira Bryant. Mary & William divorced. Mary married 2nd Moses Y Richards on 7 Feb 1892 in Troy, Me. She d 23 Apr 1922, St Albans, Me.

William & Mary had 3 children, born Burnham:
1. Addie Rose Kimball: 1870 - 1955, St Alban, Vt
2. Lillian May Kimball: May 1873 - 1928
3. Lemuel Porter Kimball: 13 Dec 1874 - 31 Jan 1946

William again enlisted as a private into Co E, 14th Maine Infantry on 17 Feb 1865, Augusta, Me. He was discharged on 28 Aug 1865.

He married in 1892 Elmina / Almina Strong. She was b 1859, W, Me the d/o George F Strong & Amanda Lucy Pease. She d 1908, Burnham, Me.
