Vicky Lee Sheppard was born November 26, 1957, in Davenport, Iowa to Kenneth Wayne and Connie Joan (Jones) Turner and passed away June 29, 2018, at her home in Vanzant, Missouri. She was 60 years, 7 months, and 3 days of age.

Vicky’s mother later married Bill Grisham, who raised Vicky. She grew up in Buffalo, Iowa, and attended school in Davenport, Iowa.

Vicky married Shane Sheppard on June 9, 1979, in Ava, Missouri. They raised three children together. Vicky had many talents. She enjoyed sewing, writing poetry, painting, and drawing. She also had a green thumb and had a special touch with almost any animal. She loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. They were her life. She also opened her heart and her home to extra kids throughout her life.

She is survived by her devoted husband of their home, Shane Sheppard, two sons, Robert Sheese of Willow Springs, Missouri, and Dustin Sheppard of Mountain Grove, Missouri, one daughter Crystal Sheppard of Vanzant, Missouri, parents, Kenneth Wayne Turner, Bill and Connie Joan Grisham, one brother, Vincent T. Grisham of Buffalo, Iowa, two sisters, Rebecca Thompson of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Sue Gunter of Buffalo, Missouri, seven grandchildren, Breanna, Jamie, Malachi, Katlynn, Eli, Tyler, and Tyson, and many other relatives and friends who will miss her.
