Phyllis A. Hoffman of West Carrollton passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.

Phyllis was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 12, 1947, the daughter of George and Henrietta Schuyler. She was a 1965 graduate of Miamisburg High School and Miami Jacobs Junior College in 1966. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church in West Carrollton for over 50 years and worked as the church secretary along with teaching Sunday and Bible School. She also was a charter member of the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary Hoffman; children, Chris (Julie) Hoffman, Lisa (George) Stucker; two granddaughters, Ruth Anne and Esther Stucker; three grandpuppies and one grandkitten. She is also survived by her cousin and close friend, Bob (Nancy) Hoff and many friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Tom Thompson.

A visitation will be held at Newcomer South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00pm. Graveside service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton.
