Mary Sue Inman, age 89, a resident of St. Joseph, Missouri, former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at Riverside Place, St. Joseph, Missouri.

Mary was born the daughter of Webster and Myrtle (Brewer) Terry on October 3, 1928, in Trenton, Missouri. She was a 1946 graduate of Trenton High School. She attended Chillicothe Business College. Mary was united in marriage to Herman Dale Inman on June 12, 1949, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 5, 2000.

Survivors include daughter, Jan Rene Sallee Schmoe (Larry) of Cosby, Missouri; grandchildren, Abby Rene Sallee (Rachael Sloan), and Emily Rachelle Sallee Wolfenbarger (Tyler) all of Savannah, Missouri; great grandchild, Brilyn Rene Wolfenbarger of Savannah, Missouri; sister, Betty Ann Bagley of Chillicothe, Missouri; niece, Debra Ann Thompson (Don) of Chillicothe, Missouri; great nieces, Haley Thompson Ruff (Byron) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Megan Thompson of Kansas City, Missouri; and nephew, Steven Ray Gass (Jeff Bright) of Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, H. Dale; and son-in-law, Darrell Sallee.

A graveside service will be held at the Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, June 30, 2018, one hour prior to the service at 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, June 29, 2018, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mary Sue Inman Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
