Mrs. Nancy Lea Stout (Bottorff), of Columbus, OH, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 77.
Nancy was born to parents Harry and Elsie Bottorff on November 12, 1940 in Keokuk County, Iowa. She grew up the eldest and only girl of four and graduated high school valedictorian. In 1960, she married her sweetheart, Lawrence Stout in Hedrick Iowa, and eventually they had five children. Her over 77 years have been filled with a trove of numerous jobs, travels and other adventures, shared with family and friends.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 57 years, Lawrence Stout; Her children, Marcia (Gerald) Parker, Michael (Xonia) Stout, Michele (Dustin) McIntosh, Megan (Keith) Barley and Matthew (Kelsey) Stout; her brothers, Rex (Janis) Bottorff, Ross (Anne) Bottorff, and Ronald (Dee) Bottorff; fifteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Elsie Bottorff.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 1 ,2018 at 3pm at Xenos Christian Fellowship, Office Auditorium -1340 Community Park Dr.
