Stanley attended Marion Elementary School and Francis Marion High School. In high school he participated in Track and Field and Football but Basketball was his passion. Stanley was the MVP and received numerous trophies in 1987-1988.
Visitation will be held on Friday,February 23, 2018 at 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Melvin Miller Funeral Service, 302 Pickens Street, Marion, Alabama. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Marion Baptist Academy, 315 Centerville Street, Marion, Alabama. Interment to follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery, 1414 Hopewell Baptist Church Road, Marion, Alabama.
