Mr. Willie Cola "Pooky" Farmer, Jr. 90, of Aulander, NC. died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his home surrounded by family.
Mr. Farmer, born in Hertford County, NC; was the son of the late Willie Cola Farmer, Sr. and Estelle Hall Harrington Farmer. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Hoggard; two sisters, Bonnie Harrington Smith, and Ramona Farmer Shouse.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Elizabeth Farmer; two daughters, Rhonda Farmer Medlin (Edward L.) of Murfreesboro, and Denise Farmer Skeens (Dennis) of Aulander; son-in-law, Cameron M. Hoggard, Jr. of Aulander; a grandson, Cameron M. Hoggard, III of Greenville; a granddaughter, Leslee M. Summer (Shristopher) of Murfreesboro; great grandson, Cashton L. Summer and a sister, Jackie Kief (Gary) of Cary.
