ARTHUR D. CAYTON, 83, of 317 Shonnard St., died Saturday after a brief illness. A native of Lyons, he had resided in Syracuse the past few years. He had also lived in Kansas City, Mo., where he had worked as an operating engineer.
He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Maude Doreen, of Meridian, Mrs. Nina Swift, of Buffalo, and Mrs. Minnie Emory, of Rochester; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the John C. Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W. Genesee St. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Warners.
