He was a graduate of Pine Ridge High School in Deltona where he studied TV production. Christopher was an aspiring writer/film maker, with interests in screenplays and writing scripts. He enjoyed movies, video games, and was a Miami Dolphin fan. Survivors include his mother, Cecilia Monti, of New Smyrna Beach; his father, Guy Vance, of Sanford; sister, Jennifer Vance, of Gainesville; paternal grandfather and his wife, Fields and Florence Vance, of Sanford; paternal grandmother, Barbara Vance, of Winter Park; maternal grandmother, Nancy Lois Spray, of Deltona; and maternal grandfather, Jerome Monti, of Gulf Shores, Ala.
