Kay Nell Davis, age 75, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 in Lexington. She is survived by 1 daughter, Vickie Parrish of Lexington, 2 grandchildren, Kaylee Yarbrough and Tyler Parrish, and a special friend, Wanda Kindle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lee Davis, her parents, Thetus William Stanfill and Gertie Lue Ingle, and brother, Thomas Varnel Stanfill. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 27 at 1PM at Reed’s Chapel in Lexington with burial to follow in Lexington Cemetery.
