Betsy was a woman of many talents. She was a wonderful cook and baker. Her creative and artistic side was expressed by the many ornaments she created for the ornament exchange group, decorations and pictures for her home, and gifts she made for friends and family. She also had a very kind heart for all living things, and looked to rescue stray, rejected and injured birds and animals of all stripes. Some of her other interests were Home Extension club, Craft club, Rawlins County Historical Society and PEO. Election Board benefitted from her many years of service. When meeting new people, Betsy was always interested in their family connections, and could remember those connections as well as those of her extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harry E. and Margery E. (Lewis) Wigner.
