He left behind his wife Vonda Jean (Green) Shaw, and his sons Jeff and Steve Shaw.
Also preceded in death by his siblings Mary, Diane, James, Thomas, Michael and Jerry. Surviving is his sister Patty (Shaw) Johnston. His step brothers were John Shaw (1947-1947) and Jerry Shaw (1948-2009).
His parents were Francis Howard and Ruth E. (Powers) Shaw.
His stepmother was Pearl Lucille (Sargeant) Shaw. His father was laid to rest with his 2nd wife.
Leo died at the Homestead Nursing Home..
Military honors were conducted at the cemetery.
