Mr. Jeremy Lamarr Tatum, 32, of Moline, Illinois formerly of Galesburg died at 3:10 pm Tuesday, June 19, 2019 at home.

He was born October 10, 1985 in Galesburg the son of Travis Lamarr Tatum and Beverly A. Taylor.

Jeremy is survived by his mother and step-father, Beverly and CJ Pendleton of Galesburg; his father, Travis Lamarr Tatum of Arkansas; his children, Lamar, Kadence, Jada and Isabella Tatum all of Moline; his grandparents, Ann Taylor and William Taylor both of Galesburg and Dorothy Tatum of Arkansas; six brothers, Travis Tatum of Milwaukee, Isaiah Tatum of Lakewood, Colorado, Kaevahn Pendleton, Derrick Pendleton and Michael Pendleton all of Galesburg and Clarence Jackson of Kansas City, Kansas; five sisters, Nicole (Shawn) Taylor-McGee and Lyric Pendleton both of Galesburg, Tamyra (Girt) Westmoreland, Olivia Tatum, Melanie Rabon-Ricks and Maiya Tatum all of Milwaukee; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, BJ Taylor.

Jeremy was a truck driver for Two Men in a Truck Moving Company in the Quad Cities. He graduated from Galesburg High School in 2003. He was very active in sports all throughout high school. He played baseball all four years and was on a traveling baseball team. Jeremy was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. He was a member of the Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church. He loved cooking and spending time with his children and family.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Friday, June 29, 2018 at Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Toby Carlos and Bishop John Senter will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 am Friday at the church. Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
