Memorial services will be held for Victoria Lynn Milligan, 21, on Saturday, June 9, 2018, from 5-9 p.m. at Ourso Funeral Home Chapel in Gonzales, La.

A 2015 graduate of Dutchtown High School in Geismar, La., she died May 14. She was born April 17, 1997 in Baton Rouge, La. She was artistic in every way imaginable- a skilled photographer, a beautiful singer and songwriter and a talented artist. She was a friend to every animal she came across. Some would say she preferred them to people as they love unconditionally. Her inner and outer beauty was evident to everyone she met.

She is survived by her mom Mattie Lynn Milligan, step-dad Kevin Havard, sister Rebecca Lynn Milligan, brother Evan Thomas Milligan; father William Steven Milligan, step-mother Carmen Milligan, grandparents James and Irene H. Havard and her furry family members Charlie the cat, Allegra, Achilles and Aussie the niece and nephew pups.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Bill and Barbara Milligan and cousins Kelly Mims and Mallory Homan.
