Karla Ann O’Hair Richards joined her beloved family in Heaven on June 23, 2018.

Karla came into this world on July 22, 1963 to JB and Pauline O’Hair. She was the baby sister to her cherished brother Rick O’Hair.

She married her soulmate, Mark Daniel Richards, on March 15, 1986. They had three sons: Jason, Paul, and Jon Michael. Her sons were her greatest accomplishments and her greatest blessings. She taught them to be gentlemen: thoughtful, kind and generous. She taught them to cherish their partners as Mark cherished her and that wedding vows are for a lifetime. A pure, unconditional love that shows everyone around them the true meaning of the word.

Karla’s greatest joy was her granddaughter Rebekah Dinae born September 22, 2009. Her heart was truly full when Rebekah came into her life. Karla’s journey was filled with love for her aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, every stranger she ever met, and her dog, Lolli.

Karla’s life was an example of kindness, generosity, laughter, and love.

A Celebration of Karla's life was held June 30, 2018 at 1 pm in the Kent Hance Chapel, 2511 17th Street, Lubbock, Texas.

This is not goodbye but, until we are together again.
