Mrs. Nora Kuhlman
NAMPA — Services for Mrs. Nora E. Kuhlman, 79, Route 2, Kuna, who died at a Boise nursing home Monday after a short illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Kuna Baptist Church. The Rev. Harley Eisentrager will officiate. Interment will be at Kohlerlawn in Nampa under the direction of the Alsip Chapel.
Mrs. Kuhlman was born Aug, 22, 1886, at Troy, Iowa, and was raised in Missouri and Kansas. She married Ernest F. Kuhlman Dec. 25, 1907, at Burr Oak, Kan. They lived there until 1937 when they moved to Nampa. They moved to Kuna in 1941 and had lived there since that time. Mr. Kuhlman died May 17, 1941.
She was a member of the Kuna Baptist Church, was past noble grand of Sweetbriar Rebekah Lodge of Kuna; was a member of the Past Noble Grands Club; Kuna Community Club, and Kuna Grange No. 59.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Kuhlman, Kuna, and Marion D. Kuhlman, CaldweIl; three daughters, Mrs. Velma Schweizer, Kansas City, Mo., Mrs, Frieda Hackney, Nampa, and Mrs, Leona Rodwell, Caldwell; two brothers, Roy Heaston, Lebanon, Kan., and Reuben Heaston, Carlton, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Matthews, Woodburn, Ore., Mrs. Bessie Gregory, Alton, Kan., and Mrs. Verda Fringer, Guide Rock, Neb.; a half-sister, Mrs. Leah Mae Martin, Bethany, Okla.; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three daughters and a brother.
