Westminster, SC – Margaret Ann Blackwell, 66, of 714 Morton Drive, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Seneca Health and Rehab. A native of Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late William Burrell and Annie Ray Scott Blackwell and was of the Church of God Faith. Survivors include a daughter, Sharry Towner of Westminster; sisters, Nancy Eller of Walhalla and Pat Cannon of Salem; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, William Clarence Blackwell; and sister, Myra Jean Blackwell. A funeral service will be held 4 pm, Monday, June 8, 2015 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family is at their respective homes.
