Ms. Sharon Williamson of Dukedom died Thursday evening at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House in Murray, KY.
She was a member of the Old Bethel Baptist Church in Palmersville,TN; had worked for Ford Motor Company, KOA Campground, Bill's IGA and in the Jewerly Department at Wal-Mart in Murray, KY. She had lived in Ypsilanti and Three Rivers, MI before moving to the Dukedom area 22 years ago.
She was born in Heidelberg, Germany while her father was
serving in the United States Army.
She is survived by her husband Roger J. Williamson of Dukedom, TN, whom she married August 8, 1977, a daughter Jennifer Williamson Cole of South Fulton, TN, 2 sons Daniel Williamson (Amber) of Palatka, FL and James Michael Williamson (Kristy) of Dickson, TN; 10 grandchildren: Chandler, Hannah, Aaliyah, Aaron, Victor, Alexis, Kamren, Addison, Serenity, Josiah and one expected grandchild; her father Coy Gene Bond of Dukedom, TN, a sister Kelly Olvera, a niece Amanda Combs and a nephew David Coy Olvera all of San Antonio, TX.
She was preceded in death by her mother Gloria Lynn Sutton Bond.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, June 24 at the Old Bethel Baptist Church, 9250 Hwy. 89, Palmersville, TN. Visitation will be at the church from 1 pm Sunday until the hour of service.
