Brenda Kay Roberts Boyd, 69, of Gilbertsville, died Tuesday evening, June 19th, 2018 at her home. Brenda retired from Ky. Dam Village. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and also attended Gilbertsville Baptist Church.
Brenda is survived by two daughters, Lorri Dant of Louisville, and Belinda Campbell of Grand Rivers; three sisters, Rose Roberts of Gilbertsville, Mona Kanipe of Waverly, and Ruthie Bone of Gilbertsville; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Roberts and Dorothy Day McReynolds; one son, Gary Boyd; and two brothers, Weldon Roberts and Tickle Roberts.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 at Smith Funeral Chapel from 11am until 1pm. Funeral services start at 1pm following visitation with Brother Jimmie Cash officiating. Burial to follow in Landrum Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Landrum Cemetery Fund at 1st KY. Bank at Grand Rivers, KY.
