Vernon “Tex” Carroll Henderson Sr., 82, passed away on June 20, 2018 at Randolph Home.

Tex was born on May 27, 1936 in Shamrock, TX to Vernon Alva and Rena Kiser Henderson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Brandon Blake.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Henderson; daughter, Vanessa Pratt; son, Vernon (Vickie) Henderson Jr.; grandchildren, Michael Don (Angie) Pratt, Rhonda Madison, Hayden (Tanna) Henderson; great grandchildren, Sarah McKenzie, Bryson Pratt, Rhyne Pratt, Nathaniel Pratt, Emerson Brooke Henderson, and one on the way, Isabella Blake Henderson; brother, Alva Dean; and sister, Judy Ann (Gene) Coward.

Both services will be at McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 5-7 pm. A funeral will be on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 10 am with James Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
