Charles David Arthur, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away June 18, 2018. He was born March 4, 1956 in Lebanon, IN. He was a member of the USWA. He was a dock foreman for RSR Quemetco in Indianapolis having worked there for 40 years. Charles David is survived by his wife, Diana C. (Robinson) Arthur; a son, Wesley K. Arthur; a daughter, Vicki L. Arthur; his mother, Beatrice Russell; a brother, Edward Arthur; and two sisters, Luella (Jim) McCain and Patty (Charlie) Gentry. He was preceded in death by his father, Samson Arthur.
