EDWIN BENHAM

FULTON -- Edwin W. Benham, 82, died yesterday afternoon in Mercy Hospital, Clinton.

Services will be at 7:30 tomorrow night in Fay Funeral Home, Clinton. The Rev. William Q. Allen, pastor of the Grace Episcopal Church, Clinton, will officiate. Burial services will be at 1 Thursday afternoon in the Oakwood Chapel Cemetery, Chicago.

He was born April 2, 1879, in Chicago, the son of James and Emily Benham. A resident here three years, he was a retired employee of the American Tank Car Co., Chicago.

He married Elcie Hough (sic/Hughes) in 1905 in Chicago. She died March 19, 1958.

One sister, Mrs. Jessica B. McGuire of Fulton, survives.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
