Kathy Gale Harrison was born on April 12, 1960 in Bakersfield, California to Ray Harrison and Barbara (Bradshaw) Harrison. Kathy attended Cameron University and worked for Goodyear on the assembly line until her retirement. She married the love of her life Gary Lee Harper on March 31, 1977 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Kathy was a member of the Women of the Moose and she enjoyed meeting new people and socializing with family and friends and never met a stranger she did not like. She enjoyed going to drag racing, going to the beach and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 41 years, Gary Lee Harper of the home; her father Ray Harrison; her son Donny Harper and his wife ReGina Harper of Velma; her grandsons, Hurles Chase Anderson of Velma, Shannon Harper and his wife Samantha Harper of Stroud, Jaydon Harper and his wife Shirley Harper of Duncan, Riley Harper of Velma; her granddaughters, Taylor Harper of Duncan, Samantha Hall and her husband Jonathan Hall of Velma, and Kashlee Don of Velma; her sister, Debbie Byrne and her husband Brett of Ardmore; her brothers, Danny Harrison of Duncan, Ricky Harrison and his wife Paula of Duncan, Rodney Harrison and his wife Teresa Harrison of Alex; her great grandchildren, Adley Anderson, Hurles Calab Hall, Grace Hall, Claire Elizabeth Harper and another great granddaughter on the way; her nieces and nephews, Tamra Morrow and husband Shane, Blake Harrison, Joe Harrison, Chloe Harrison, Jake Harrison, Matthew Harrison and his wife Rozalyn Harrison, Megan Harrison, Ryan Shaw and his wife Keely, Conner Harrison, and Kalyn Susuras and her husband Tyler.
Kathy was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Harrison; her mother in law and father in law, Maxine and Bill Harper; and a nephew, Talon Fite.
Pallbearers for the service will be Shannon Harper, Jaden Harper, Ray Gene Harper, Derrick Zumora, Eric Harper and Chase Anderson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Hall and Riley Harrison.
