Joann Arnold, 64, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus Monday, June 18, 2018 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Mrs. Arnold entered into this world March 1, 1954 in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of David Joe and Alice (Bradley) Wagoner. JoAnn graduated from Pottsboro High School and earned her Associates Degree at Grayson County College. She married the love of her life, Richard Arnold, Mary 25, 1974, in Pottsboro, Texas.
JoAnn had many hobbies and talents she loved the outdoors, especially going to the lake, fishing, cooking and gardening. She truly enjoyed singing in her church choir at Lakeway United Methodist Church in Pottsboro. Although her passing leaves a void in our lives she will live on forever in our hearts.
Mrs. Arnold leaves behind her beloved family, husband, Richard Arnold of Pottsboro, TX; daughter, Laci Aliceson Kiefel and husband, Sean of Plano, TX; brothers, David Wagner and Roy Wagner, sister in law, Brenda Quirolo and husband, Chuck of Denison, TX; brother in law, Gary Arnold of Collinsville, TX and dear family friend, Bonnie Kiefel of Lake Dallas, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 at Lakeway United Methodist Church in Pottsboro with Rev. Alan Snider officiating. Interment will follow in Georgetown Cemetery. There is no set time for family visitation.
