Leonard “Lenny” Anthony Locke Age 60, of Rice Lake, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. He was born on August 4, 1957 in Rice Lake to John and Berniece (Busch) Locke. Lenny graduated from the Rice Lake High School in 1975 and then entered the United States Navy and was Honorably Discharged in 1979. He worked for Wright Products, Mastercraft Industries and Antczak Construction as a sales manager. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, making dream catchers, a natural craftsman and being with his granddaughters. He is survived by his love, Elizabeth Davison and her children, Jeremiah and Lynette, and grandchildren, Kirstin and Kinsley; 2 brothers, Michael Locke of Rice Lake and William and Karen Locke of Oshkosh, WI; 2 sisters, Dorothy M and Mark F Berg of Rice Lake and Mary Locke of King, NC; nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Berniece Locke; and 2 brothers, Russell and Matthew Locke. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM Monday, July 23, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rice Lake, Father Samuel Schneider officiating, with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rice Lake where Military Rites accorded him by the Rice Lake Veteran Honor Guard in Rice Lake. Visitation will be held from 4-7PM Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake and for one hour prior to the Funeral Service at the Church.
