Caleb Devon Thompson 57, of Means, KY formerly of Pikeville, passed away June 14, 2018 at UK Hospital after an extended illness.
Caleb was born July 17, 1960 in Pikeville, KY to the late Edgar & Nina Thompson.
In addition to his parents, Caleb was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Thompson & brother, Norman Thompson.
He is survived by one brother Thomas (Debbie) Thompson of Olive Hill, KY, & two aunts, Ernestine Stanley of Meta, KY & Eunice West of CA; an uncle, Thomas Reynolds of Cape Coral, FL; three nieces, Jessi Thompson, Lindsey Thompson & Terra Moore, a great niece, Isabella & one nephew, Thomas Thompson, with many special cousins & close friends.
He served his country proudly in the US Army.
Caleb will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him.
Graveside services will be at the Bent Ridge Cemetery at Meta, KY, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 2PM with Roger Blackburn officiating. DAV Honors will be conducted by the Johns Creek Chapter #166.
