Kreitz; stepfather of Lynn E. Page, Paul W. Sprunk and Liane J. Sprunk; brother of Laurie Sundquist and the late Jane Henley. Also survived by four grandchildren and four step grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 5 at the National Presbyterian Church, 4101 Nebraska Ave., N.W., Washington, DC at 3 p.m. Interment private.
