Barbara K. Casey, age 77 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died peacefully surrounded by the loving arms of her entire family, on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in New Brunswick, NJ, October 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Helen Kozeilic Kozubal. She had resided in Raritan Township since 1968. Barbara was a graduate of St. Peter's High School, New Brunswick in 1958. She was Secretary for the family business, Minalex Corporation, in Whitehouse Station, NJ.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, James J. Casey; her children: Vicki Casey, Michael Casey, Susan Scheier, and Christopher Casey, all of Flemington, NJ; her sisters, Bernadette Lewandoski of Kintnersville, PA, Eleanor Popielaski of North Brunswick, NJ, and Dorothy VanRiper of Piscataway, NJ; seven grandchildren: Lily, John, David, Jewelia, Robbie, Joey, and Jimmy; and four great-grandchildren: Audrey, Avery, Kalman, and Riley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ followed by private cremation. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
