Obituary.
Mr. George Thoday died on April 26 at Wallaroo Mines, where he had been engaged in mining. He visited Adelaide when the slump came, and on his return he contracted pneumonia. He was one of the best-liked men on the mines. He was a leading member of the local Salvation Army, and was also bandmaster of the S.A. Silver Band, A widow and family survive.
