"Joe Edward Manning, 62, of Auburn, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June, 16, 2018. Joe was surrounded by family as he passed at The Medical Center Hospital, in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Joe was a loving father of three children and the grandest pawpaw to three grandchildren. Joe enjoyed working on his farm that has been in the Manning’s every since his grandfather’s generation, doing tasks that mostly involves cutting hay to feed beef cattle.

Joe currently worked for Remington Seeds located in Russellville, Kentucky and he really enjoyed joking around with his co-workers. Joe had worked various jobs, including driving for DHL mail service and Adaptive Enterprises, a material handler at Auburn Leather, fork lift driver at Globe, and driving for Coca-Cola Industries.

Joe is preceded in death by his wife, of 31 years, Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Manning. Joe is also preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Manning, his brother Charles “Ray” Manning, and his sister Kelly Charlene (Manning) Canary.

Survivors include Joe’s two daughters, Pamela Renee Manning-Hamilton and her husband Neal Hamilton, of Russellville, Kentucky; Leslie Ann Hudson and her husband Wally Hudson, of Auburn, Kentucky; one son, Billy Joe Manning and his wife Toshia Manning, of Auburn Kentucky. Joe is also survived by his mother Kathleen Manning of Auburn, Kentucky. Joe has a total of seven grandchildren, Charles Matthew Hudson, Krystal Leeann Elizabeth Hudson, Noah Edward Hamilton, Zachary Dean Hudson, Heather Renee Hudson, Allison Mae Manning, and Aleina Grace Manning.

Funeral services for Joe Edward Manning will be conducted Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel with Bro. Kenny Chyle officiating and burial to follow in the Gasper River Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel and Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. until funeral time at 2:00 P.M.
