She was born June 29, 1973 to Lucky Clarence and Brenda Marlene Kagarice Smith in Clinton, Missouri. She graduated from Butler High School in 1991. She married divorcee Dewayne Allen Stephens October 2, 1992 Butler, Bates, MO with Minister Wayne Conaway solemnizing.
Carla is survived by her son Colton Hobbs of Butler, Missouri; two daughters, Brittany Foss and husband Nolan and Amanda Rowland and husband Russell, all of Butler, Missouri; one sister, Cynthia Patrick and husband Mike of Butler, Missouri; her father, Lucky Smith of Urich, Missouri; five grandchildren, Kerstyn, Sophia, Maddox, Joslyn and Remington and one on the way; a nephew, Brendin and two nieces, Brenna and Karli. She was preceded in death by her mother.
