CHRIST THE REDEEMER CATHOLIC CHURCH·FRIDAY, JUNE 22, 2018

Born 12 MAR 1941, Born to Eternal Life 19 JUN 2018
We regret to announce the death of our Friar Priest in Residence, Fr. Tom Gumprecht S.A. Father came to CTR in May of 2016. Although retired, he was eager to celebrate Masses for our church community. A short time after his arrival, his health began to decline and he celebrated fewer and fewer Masses. He was always a regular in the Parish Office and brought a warm and cheerful presence to everyone he met.
Our Christ the Redeemer community will celebrate a Memorial Mass for him this Wednesday, June 27 at 10:00AM followed by a coffee and donut reception. All are welcome.
Please offer your condolences to Fr. Tom's family in the book on the table near the baptismal font in the main Church. There will be a funeral Mass next weekend at Graymoor in NY and we will pass along the book and your condolences. Please keep the family in your prayers along with the staff as we mourn the loss of another coworker and friend.
