James Allen Bostic, 72, of New Castle, Virginia went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2018. He was a loving husband and devoted father.
Allen graduated from New Castle High School. He served in the Army and completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a dedicated employee of Hercules, then later AET in Covington, Virginia until his retirement. He was a faithful member of Mt. View Christian Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Pamela; son Michael; daughter Heather; and mother Blanche Bostic. He is also survived by his brother, Doug.
The family will receive friends and family at Lotz in Salem at 1 p.m. on June 18, 2018. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. and will be officiated by Jim Morris.
