Jason N. Garner, 17, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. He was a resident of Edinburgh.
He was born Oct. 7, 1987, in Franklin. His adoptive parents are Larry J. and Patricia A. (Crawhorn) Garner of Edinburgh. His birth parents are William Crawhorn Jr. of Columbus and Jacquelyn (Day) Kuntz of Indianapolis. Other survivors include three brothers, Matthew, Benjamin and Christopher Garner, all of Edinburgh; a sister, Joanna Stewart of Edinburgh; and grandparents, Robbie Garner of Columbus, William Crawhorn Sr. and Nellie Crawhorn of Edinburgh and Avery and Wanda Helm of Columbia, Ky. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Glenn Garner.
He was a sophomore at Edinburgh Community High School. He was a member of Apostolic Gospel Church in Franklin, where he was a member of the youth group.
Services were entrusted to Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana.
