Antonia Ramirez Sanchez, 65, of Groesbeck, passed away Saturday, June 16, at Providence Hospital in Waco. Burial will be at Faulkenberry Cemetery, Groesbeck.

Antonia was born in West, Texas, to the late Gregorio T. Ramirez and Ricarda Ortse Ramirez. She lived most of her adult life in Groesbeck, where she raised her children and was a homemaker. She was also a friend to all who knew her and loved to help anyone with a need, whether family or friends. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly and was well loved and cared for by them. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mexia.

Antonia was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Angela Sanchez; sisters: Lollie Vaquera, Pauline Holmes, and Magarita Ramirez; and brothers, Bert Ramirez and Jesse Ramirez.

She is survived by her husband, Manuel Sanchez, of Groesbeck; daughters: Mary Ramos, of Killeen, Bonnie Sanders, of Grand Prairie, and Jessica Melesio and her husband Salvador; son, Jesse Joe Ramos; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters: Simona Ramirez, Nancy Torres and her husband, Tony Torres, and Martha Cruz; sister-in-law, Eva Ramirez; brothers-in-law, Albert Vaquera and Simon Sandavol; other relatives and many friends.
