Harry Latane Davis, 72, of Millers Tavern, died Wednesday, January 15, 1992 in a Richmond hospital.
He was a retired employee of Ware Oil Company.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie J. Davis; one daughter, Phyllis D. Jenkins; two sons, Eugene W. Davis, both of Howertons, Kenneth L. Davis of Tappahannock; six grandchildren; one brother, Gilbert Davis of Tappahannock; four sisters, Mary Miller of Tappahannock, Essie Crowe of Portsmouth, Bernice Fogg of Richmond, Eva Saunders of Chesapeake.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Marks-Bristow Funeral Home. Interment was in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. James Taylor officiated.
Pallbearers were Clyde Jones, Lewis Jones, John Miller, Roger Davis, Michael Clarke, Walter Clarke, Vincent Davis and Curtis Harmon.
