Willie Belle Elkins, daughter of William Elkins and Chasie Elizabeth Lusk Elkins was the youngest child born to the couple. Her sisters were Dora Jane, Lucy, Emma Mae, and Nannie, and all were married by 1910. On the 1910 census, Willie is living with her mother and is working as a spinner at the cotton mill.

On 17 Mar 1917, Willie Belle married Earl Eugene Hethcoat, and by 1920, they were living in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Though they did not have children, their nephew, Orzo aka Ozzie Berryhill, who was the son of Nannie Elkins Berryhill, lived with them for a time. Willie was the last member of her immediate family to die, her sisters preceding her in death. Her husband died in 1978.
