Audrey was a beloved wife, loving mother of seven, and a doting grandmother. Audrey was a faithful member of Princeton Baptist Church, house wife, a seamstress who won several sewing contests, a Fly Tier for over 30 years, teacher and crosswalk supervisor. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, bird watching, hunting and fishing.
In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her beloved husband, Douglas Leroy Bailey; her son Aubrey Jon Bailey. Surviving are her children, Richard Bailey and wife Mary of Princeton; Amy Swensen of Princeton, Donald Bailey of Princeton, Rita Avery and William of Campton, NH, Ronald Bailey and wife Constance of Goode, VA, and Susan Bailey of Holden; grandchildren, Richard Alfred Douglas Bailey and companion Jasmin Hebert, Taylor Swensen, George Donald Bailey Jr., Felicia Thornton, Angela and William Pastuszak, Jeffrey Trent Jr., and Ronald Bailey Jr.; great-grandchildren Kirra Hebert, Willow Luna Bailey, Star Bailey, Aubrey Trent and Jeffrey Trent III; and her sister Elaine Perkins and family.
A celebration of Audrey’s life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Princeton Baptist Church, 86 Main St., Princeton. Burial will follow in Princeton Cemetery.
