John Russell Snider, 74, of Halfway, MO passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at his home in Halfway, MO.

John was raised in Halfway, went to Drury and Oklahoma Christian College and was roommates with Vicky's brother. He was a member of the Buffalo Church of Christ. Never met a stranger. Worked for International Harvestor. Liked Gunsmoke western movies, old tractors, country western music, Branson and being outside.

He is survived by his Wife: Vicky Snider; Sons: Steve Snider and Bryan (Rachel) Snider; Daughter: Jennifer (Terry) Bradley; a Sister: Rosemary Snider; Grandchildren: Marissa and Shane Martin, Makayla Snider, Trace Bradley, Travis Bradley, Cheyenne Snider and Addyson Snider. Great Grandchildren: Avery Martin, Camden Martin and Tate Bradley.

Services will be held Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo, MO. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo, MO. Burial will take place at Memorial Gardens of Memory in Buffalo, MO.

Memorials may be made to Fair Havens Childrens Home in Strafford or to CMH Hospice
