Roy Claude Hill was the son of Claude and Henrietta Hill. He was raised in Stamford and lived in the community until he moved to Plainview where he owned and operated his own pest control business. Roy enjoyed fishing and loved playing games like spades and dominos with his friends and family.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Henrietta; his son, Darrell; his siblings, Barbara, Betty, Donny and Mike; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Campbell.

Roy is survived by his sister Linda Neely and husband, Bill; his niece and special caretaker, Angie Woolf; children, Roy D. Hill, Sherry Hill, Lisa Cranfill and Pamela Morgan; and sisters-in-law, Rose Anne Hill and Maria Hill, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved chihuahua Pretty Boy.

A graveside service was held Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 2pm.
